Our Approach
For every web development contract we undertake, we apply industry best practices. Upon the return of a countersigned copy of our engagement letter, you will be required to complete a Web Brief (a questionnaire that seeks to gather preliminary information on the your concepts, tastes and preferences as well as corporate branding requirements). Design work commences as soon we receive a completed Web Brief.
A beautiful placeholder that provides a summary of your offering and contact details is created and published on the your registered domain name while development work on your actual website goes on.
Basic site design concepts shall be provided for your viewing and approval. You are welcome to express preferences or dislikes. Upon completion of this stage, you will be asked to confirm acceptance of the basic site design via email or by signing a printed copy of the design. Once this acceptance is received from you, the work necessary to complete the project will begin.
Our Clients are required to provide content for their websites unless they are paying for a Content Development service. Upon completion of the website you shall be advised via email or telephone, and shall be provided a temporary link to view the completed website. The completed website shall be published on your registered domain name when all final proof-reading is done.
