Retainer
We proactively monitor systems to identify and resolve potential issues before they become a problem. This package is cost effective and is designed for growing companies that require considerable IT managed support; enabling them to concentrate on running their businesses with minimal disruptions to their IT infrastructure. With this plan maintenance work is done mostly after office hours and on weekends to ensure minimum disruptions in the organisation's work flow, except in the event of emergencies. Our retainer plan comes in two categories:

Specific IT support tasks or projects : In this case you engage us to take care of particular IT tasks such as installations, security, or backup etc. or specific projects.

Complete outsourcing: This is a complete support package, in which we take care of all your IT support needs. We have three levels of support available, both on-site and remote. You can have any number of support technicians on your site or remotely to assist with your computer technology needs.
